The diving helmet.

The diving helmet consists of , roughly, 2 parts: the corselet and the bonnet. The corselet is the connection between the suit and the helmet. The suit will be bolted to the corselet by using the 6 bolts on the lower part of the corselet. In this way we create a waterproof connection.


At the top of the corselet and at the bottom side of the bonnet we find an ingenious screw thread to connect the bonnet to the corselet, also a waterproof connection. So the diver remains dry in this suit. But, for the real dy-hards, we have a suit that leaks…..

The helmet weighs around 25 kilograms.
